If the train is diverted to any other route due to any other reasons and if you are not agreed with it. If your boarding station or destination or even both of them is not covered, you get a full refund. If you are not accommodated in your actual class or lower class then you can cancel the ticket and you get a full refund. Also, if your ticket is not confirmed then automatically your ticket would be canceled and you get a complete refund within a week.
